customers. Making calls with field based personnel to end users,
OEM's and trade shows.
Must have BS Degree prefer Eng/Sci. Must have experience in
Marketing and or Product Management in Thermoplastics materials
and compounds.

markets are blow molded packaging products for the health care and cosmetic
industries.
Needs 3-5 years minimum performing market development work in the plastics
industry, marketing color concentrates, resins or blow molded packaging products. A
proven track record of success in marketing to end-users. Preferred location from
Chicago to New England. Salary 70-80K Plus Bonus

experience. Client is looking for a Hands-On type of engineer who
knows how to develop new products and take the project through the
entire design to production cycle.
Candidate must have BS Engineering, ME, ChemE, PlasticsE ,
minimum experience of seven years, an ability and experience to
start with a clean piece of paper, design new projects, pass along
to prototype mold group, troubleshoot new molds in the lab, then
travel to one of the corporate plants to be a part of the startup
team. Requires 20-25% travel.

accounts in the territory. The Territory includes Wisconsin. Will
be responsible for the development of new business Development and
servicing major accounts in the USA. Product lines include
products for Injection Molding, Films and Blow Molding.
Requires a BS Degree, preferred Chemical Engineering or
Plastics Engineering. Candidate must live in the territory.
Candidates must have 5-10 years Sales experience selling into the
Film industry, in Resins, Compounds and or Color Concentrates, but
must have some color experience.
Salary 65-70 plus commissions that will add 20,000 to 30,000k
in addition to salary.

Major Accountabilities:
Conducting and supporting the development of pigment
dispersions for Architectural Coating markets.

Determining customer needs and proposing new market segments
for our product lines.
Supporting the technical staff in the accomplishment of
technical service projects.
Assuming the role of the technical expert in the architectural
coating markets, writing technical articles and making oral
presentations at the appropriate industry forums.
Skills/Competencies
B. S. degree in Chemistry with a minimum of 10 years experience
or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in
formulation and development of colored pigment dispersions.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Minimum 3 years of customer contacts from a technical
perspective and a proven track record of customer problem solving.

Our Client is a pigment dispersion manufacturer for the Inks
and Coatings Industry.
Conduct and manage the development of stable pigment dispersion
concentrates suitable for use in the coloration of low viscosity
water borne, solvent borne, and UV curable ink and coating
systems. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of
pigments, surfactants, and polymer products.
Skills/Competencies
A hands-on creative laboratory Chemist having a Masters or
Doctorate Degree, willing to develop new products independent of
technical assistants. A minimum of eight years of laboratory
experience developing pigment dispersions.
Good computer skills and a working knowledge of analytical
instrumentation including GC, IR, UV, Vis., etc. Good mechanical
skills and the ability to disassemble and reassemble various types
of lab equipment.
Excellent writing and communication skills, including the
ability to motivate and interact with technical colleagues,
customers, and manufacturing personnel.
Willingness to travel and work with field sales representatives
as well as prepare and provide technical presentations to
customers.
An individual with the ability to assume Technical management
and supervisory responsibilities.
